Use this form to upload the relevant documentation for your monthly Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme claim.
For the claim to be processed, you must attach:
- A signed cover letter setting out the total amount claimed and the period to which the claim relates.
- A completed grant claim form in spreadsheet format including the chargepoint ID, date of installation, postcode, total cost and amount to be claimed.
- A signed customer declaration form for each installation. Include each chargepoint ID number.
- Photographic evidence will also be required.
