The personal data will also be used by the Division to contact you ahead of the international meetings that we attend at the United Nations to negotiate changes to the dangerous goods regulations, together with working groups that are instituted as part of this work in order to request your views on this work. If you wish to be included on our distribution list to receive the requested communications, your personal data will be held on our Division’s contacts database and used for this purpose only.
